Does anyone know how to create a form like this? What is this call?

I love the way this was design with a way for user to see the information without having to click into a form. Does anyone know how I can do this using form form model driven app?

Sorry I do not understand the ask, why are you not able to add a Column and some controls to a form to show what you want?

I mean I understand sort of, I think what you want, but its an OOB thing to do to a form.

P.S. That is a form :-) you mean you dont want to open another form correct? Just need to gives more details as the picture you show is easy to do and I am not sure what makes you stuff and want to help.

Form the make.powerapps interface - it is a Form in a Model Driven App, that has a Tab 'Loan Parties' that has been set to 2 columns. The top left looks like it is a Subgrid (that is either automatically showing as compressed due to the narrow tab column or has been set to), but could also be something with a Code Component (PCF) applied to it, others are Sections 1 set to 2 columns the other 1 column with with a standard subgrid,
