Changing dynamics 365 / PowerApps user access page language

Hello

note sure its right forum, but since I am facing this issue when using PowerApps CDS, I publish it here

I was trying to give access to CDS to a user.

I found this access page, and click on Assign security role

my page is in chinese ???

I understand that this is being initialize when environemnt is first created. this the default environment, I have no idea who / how this was created.

anyway, when trying to access language setting, I have no other language option than chinese

When opening the other environment, language is in english and only english is available in the list

I read the trick to force language by using l=en-us in the url .. but does not work in this case

Do you want to set your dynamics 365 lauguage?

Could you please reference this?

And you can also try to set the Browser's lauguage and then save and refresh to test?

I could add new language (english) and then be able to select this language for my language setting

there are still minor flaw in this solution:
- base language remain to chinese, meaning that all users need to change their language setting
- some words are not translated

any chance I can change the base language ?
