Hi, I have created a BOT using Copilot studio for Company Procedures and manuals which is really Vast.

in our procedures we have some topics and keywords are really repetitive and when i search some repetitive words bot is replying any one document that contains the keyword i searched and others are not even suggested.

I would like achieve a result where my BOT will give suggestion to user which the same keyword available in different documents as well.

I think it is important to explain about my documents structure available in dedicated Teams/shareporint site.

We have 5 Different manuals basically and each manual is kept in separate private channel in Teams.

Each manual have approx 10 section/folders inside each folder there is sub topics and all of them in word documents.

If Copilot is not giving you appropiate answers, you probably need to create your own custom model with Azure OpenAI and then use it from within your Copilot: Generative answers with Azure OpenAI on your data (preview) - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
