Canvas App - Cannot remove user

So we have a DEV version of powerapp that has about 5 users assigned, and 75 on the live version.  At some point, we made a copy of the dev version to make a backup copy.   We cannot add a new user to the live version, saying we don't have enough licenses, and it dawned on us that it might be because we have the 5 licenses assigned to this backup version of the DEV app (and yes, it shows those 5 users assigned).   However, I am unable to remove any of the users.   The login I have is the owner of the powerapp.  I am able to go through each user and select the X (Remove) option, but there's no way to submit/save?????   The Share button is greyed out, can only select Cancel on the bottom right, or x on top right, which discards the removal.  Where you normally have the confirmation button, there's only the Request licenses, even after removing 5 users.  So I have no way to remove the license consumption.....Selecting a user to edit them, there's nothing viable on the right to select..   Can select to make co-owner, but share remains greyed out.  Have even tried removing all 5 users and then adding a new user, but nothing changes.

Looks like it was a browser/webpage error.  What happens is, there is normally a notification that shows saying it's using Shared connections, blah blah blah, and you have to click Confirm.  But, that would only show for 1/2 a second, and then disappear.  After a couple of attempts (click share, pop-up window of shared users comes up, then confirm appears/disappears), I was able to click Confirm before it disappeared, and then I was able to remove/add users and Share button would be selectable.    Previously, the Share button would be greyed out, because it wants you to click on Confirm first.   Tried using multiple browsers and safe mode, but wouldn't make the confirm stay, so just have to be a fast clicker 🙂
