Hi All!

Can you please tell me if it possible somehow to check on Power Platform Admin Center how many unique App users we have.
App is available via Teams, and I would like to check how many people use it
Additionally the list of all prompts list with information: who add it, what is the name, and what contains?

Is that possible?

I have the same question (0)

Yes, you can check the number of unique app users and gather information on prompts added by users in Power Platform for apps hosted via Microsoft Teams, but you'll need to use multiple approaches:

    1. Check Unique App Users in Power Platform Admin Center

Unfortunately, Power Platform Admin Center does not natively provide a direct way to check app user statistics for Teams apps. However, here are alternatives:

    • Power Platform Usage Analytics (via Power BI)

    Alternative (Monitor with Dataverse):

    • If your app writes user interactions to Dataverse (e.g., records usage events), you can build reports or queries to check unique users.

    2. Monitor User Access via Teams App Analytics

    • In Microsoft Teams Admin Center (https://admin.teams.microsoft.com):
      • Go to Analytics & Reports > Teams app usage
      • Select your Power Apps app and review user adoption data.

    3. List of All Prompts and Owners

If prompts are custom records created by users, and you store them in Dataverse, you can build a Model-Driven App or Power BI report for detailed tracking:

    • Table fields should capture:
      • Prompt Name
      • Created By (Owner)
      • Content or Description

    Steps:

    1. Create a view in Dataverse for the relevant table containing prompts.
    2. Use Power BI or Power Apps Model-Driven App to visualize and track records.
