    Hi @kimxaviernati ,
I've made only a few tests on Power Pages, and that was long ago.
I remember testing the dataset, but I don't remember if I've tested the edit features.
Sorry I cannot help for now.

Hi Diana, This is awesome. Do you have an example editable grid PCF control for PowerPages, or is it even different than one for MDA?

    Hi @PuneetAosc ,

If your problem is only the form customizing, maybe it would work using the old customizing experience, since it doesn't call the PCF at design time (the new customizing shows the form as a preview, so it calls the PCFs too).

But after that maybe you'll have also a similar problem inside the Power Apps player (in the app itself). If you have there problems too, a safer approach is to make the connection in the backend. You could use a Custom API or a Virtual Table to communicate with external services.

    Hello Diana ,

    Need your assistance.
I am working on pcf where I am trying to authentication to another environment while adding the pcf inside a dataverse form, but I am failing to do so as the api call is blocked with error that allow popups(for authentication) in not enabled inside the sandbox frame, so what else approach I could use to complete my authentication inside the dataverse form while adding the pcf.

    Hi @PuneetAosc ,

Usually you don't use webAPI to get the data: the Platform Runtime will deliver the data for you.
To save the data you could also use the dataset save methods.

Here would be a few reference links:

You could start with the tutorials from the PCF docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/component-framework/tutorial-create-model-driven-app-dataset-component?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5004107,

Or the one for a table grid component: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/component-framework/sample-controls/table-grid-control?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5004107

I also have a series of blogs on

     - all aspects for a Grid components using the Fluent UI Details List: https://dianabirkelbach.wordpress.com/2020/08/19/my-checklist-for-a-dataset-pcf-using-fluent-ui/

     - here is how to make changes on a dataset PCF : https://dianabirkelbach.wordpress.com/2021/12/20/editable-dataset-pcf-new-sdk-methods/

And a youTube video on making a simple Grid using FluentUI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vy94ZRJepo4&ab_channel=DianaBirkelbachakaDianamicsPCFLady

Please tell me if you have specific questions.
    Hope this helps!

    Hi @PuneetAosc ,

    Happy to hear that 🙂

Then maybe you can use the Power Apps Grid, which is editable by default. Or you could include your own customizer Controls. I have several blogs on this subject, like this one: https://dianabirkelbach.wordpress.com/2022/07/27/power-apps-grid-control-first-glimpse-to-the-cell-renderer-and-editors/
Creating an own editable dataset PCF, takes much more time.

But it's true that there are some cases where you cannot use the Power Apps Grid. For instance you cannot change the filter for the view; you cannot add/remove columns,

In case you need to make an own dataset PCF, please let me know. I can search some resources for you. But that would mean a lot more work for you.

    Hello Diana
Thank you for your response, I have been following your blogs for PCF controls and you have cleared the concepts so well.

    Thank you

    Hi @PuneetAosc ,

Do you need it on CustomPages/Canvas App or do you need it for Model-Driven Views/Subgrids?
