on-premises data gateway request error "unauthorized" during Sign in phase of installation

I am installing the on-premises data gateway on one of our servers.  I accidently tried to login with the wrong account first and got an error.  However, now it seems to be stuck with that token somewhere as it continually gives the Unauthorized error message, without providing the login prompt to correct the credentials.

 

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared temp folders and other places I thought it might be caching the incorrect login information.  Is there somewhere else it is getting this information, or some way to force the Sign in prompt to display to change credentials?

 

Here is the complete error message:

    Hi @louis-ey,
    Did the account you use at first the same as your Windows user account you're signed in with on the gateway machine?

    No, it was my original Azure account.  It doesn't work since you are required to use your "work or school" domain email address with Powerapps/On-premises data gateway.

     

    I just can't figure out how to clear/reset/get the login dialog back again to change it.  Instead getting this error no matter what I try.
