Hi

I have an ordering app with Excel as the data source.

I have a minimum quantity column in my Excel file, and a current quantity column. I can update my current quantity. So minimum quantity - current quantity = the amount I need to reorder. So that's good. But some of our suppliers can supply in lot amounts. Like 6 bottles of hand sanitiser or 90 scrubber pads.

So the objective is when the current quantity is below minimum it reorders in lots of. E.g suppliers distributes in lots of six and my minimum qty is 6 bottles, current quantity is 5 bottles, reorder 6.

I don't see any question here, only a description of your app.  What's your question?

What would the expression look like to automatically order in lot amounts? So if I had an item that gets supplied to me in lots of six, and I currently have only 5, that it would reorder 6.

Sorry, I'm struggling to make myself clear.

    Hi @Corissandageri

Maybe if you provide us a screenshot of your app with the formula and buttons that you already have, and the fields in your Excel spreadsheet that denote the batch quantities, we can more easily help you. That way, we can more specifically let you know the changes that you need to make in order to accomplish this.
