How does the Site Inspection template app work?

I am trying to figure out how the Site Inspection app is connecting to OneDrive for business.  I can see the mention of SiteImages data connection but I can't find where that is defined.  There is no Data tab and if you double click on it, the app gets broken.

 

This is making me crazy!!

 

I sure hope someone has worked this out.
