How to move existing apps from default environment to another (no production)

Hi there,

We are facing some trouble due to the fact that all apps developed with power apps are by default published in the "production environment".

The idea of power apps is a self service platform, but in this way the risk is to have a tons of apps all in the prod env.

Is there a way to move/export apps from one environment to another?

Thanks in advance for your help.

regards,

Alex

Import/Export is just for one App at a time.  As I said, if you have a developer background and are a bit more sophisticated you can add Apps to Solutions.  Solutions can contain multiple Apps.

Thanks a lot @Pstork1 for your prompt reply!

Do you know if there is an automatic way to process multiple apps at the same time? like a job that move multiple apps from one env to another?

    Kind regards,

    Alex

You can Export Apps from one environment and Import them to another environment.  Take a look  at this article that explains the process.  https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/powerapps-packaging/

If you are a bit more of a developer you can also add apps to a Solution package that can be installed.  But for Citizen Developers Import/Export is usually easier.
