Adding a form in Office 365 to Power Pages

Is there a way to transfer a form that was created on Office 365 to Power Pages?

 

I tried to use forms on Power Pages, but was unable to create a flow that sent me an email when a responce was submitted because the form name does not show up on the dropdown. This leads me to believe that Microsoft Forms and Power Pages are not connected.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi @Agadea1 

     

    Yes, 100% it is not connected. You can only embed the Microsoft forms in Power Pages. Both are different products. Please refer to my previous answer about Microsoft Forms embedding.  Power Pages has its own architecture and forms(Dataverse) to build. 

     

    1. You can use power automate  Dataverse trigger and innovate something like passing the data from Forms to Dataverse

    2. You can build a basic form using Dataverse in Power Pages and trigger email via powerautomate.
