What is PowerVideos? I see it in the licensing SKUs but no blog posts, roadmap items, or features in the product that I could see yet. Am I looking in the wrong place?

This is the video offering from Microsoft: https://stream.microsoft.com/en-us/
I see it in the Service Plans for the SKU in my Office 365 tenant. My customer reports the same thing which is what first drew my attention to it.
