Power Virtual Agent - Audio issue and customization in Adaptive Card

Hi,

 

I'm currently encountering an issue with rendering audio through the adaptive card. While the audio player displays correctly, it seems to be non-functional during playback.

Additionally, I have a question regarding the adaptive card's capabilities. Is it possible to include a condition within the formula of the adaptive card?
