How do I display a list of SharePoint Online files on a PowerApps Portals page without displaying an input form above it as shown in the Microsoft article?

Hi, the way the SP integration works with Power Apps Portals you always need a record associated

what you can do is to a clean-up on that CDS form so you can hide/remove all attributes, leaving only the SP subgrid:
