Hello All,
I'm not sure what is happening here. We've had this app working for 2 years now without issue. Now I get the "This app stopped working. Try refreshing your browser." error ONLY in Edge. Google Chrome works fine. Other than that error, all I get is a session ID. We've tried multiple computers, multiple accounts, in-private mode, but nothing seems to work. I even tried re-publishing it to just make sure. This is an app that pulls data from a SharePoint list and updates that list with selections the end user makes. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Have you tried restoring a previous version ? If nothing else works, I suggest you lodge a Support Ticket with Microsoft

I have tried restoring to a previous version, but there has been no changes to this app in quite some time. I'll put in a ticket with Microsoft. Thanks for your comments.
Update from Microsoft support after our 1-hour meeting, they are saying it's an Edge browser issue, but not exactly sure what it is yet. Once they get back with me I'll update again.
