It now looks like whenever we create a new Environment and only select the Sales Enterprise App option that it includes the Customer Service Model Apps. The Customer Service option was not selected and is not a part of the one Sales Enterprise license. We have tried this on two separate company setups and whenever you create a new production or sandbox it adds the Customer Service Apps. This is a major issue if the environments are being used for development and the only applications should be the core Sales. In each of the environments, the previous ones created before this obvious change recently did not include the Customer Service applications. This is happening with just a Sales Enterprise License and Partner CE Engagement UR.
Does anybody know what is going on or how to get rid of the OmniChannel and Customer suites, did something change?
