I have an app which seems to violate 2 of the 3 requirements for being able to add a flow. The documentation states the following:
You must meet the following requirements to be able to add an existing flow to a canvas app:
- You must have access to the flow.
- If the canvas app is part of a solution, you'll only see the flows that are part of the same solution.
- Flows must have a Power Apps trigger.
My app can see and add one flow, which I do not have permission to. I cannot see the flow in "my flows" or "flows that have been shared with me", which reinforces that I do not have permissions to it. I can, however, see the flow in the solution. So, this might be a case where I have access to the flow, but I do not have permissions to it. I am not sure if I had permissions to the flow at one point and then the owner took it away.
My app is in a solution and can view and add 2 flows which are not in any solution, including the DEFAULT solution. I own both of these flows and I can see them in "my flows" so I should be able to view them in the solutions and they are not there. I am certain I have not moved these flows in and out of any solutions.
I am pulling this information from this page updated 2/7/2023
I am not being constrained by this but thought I would provide it in case there needs to be clarification on the documentation.
