How to connect a portal to power automate?

Hello guys!
Ive build a portal with a single form that saves someone's id number.

I would like that every time a user is clicking "submit" in the flow, a new record in sharepoint will be added.

I was thinking about using power automate to do so, but i couldn't find a way to do so.

I would appreciate your help guys!

Hi @BarakS

You can use Power Automate HTTP Request Trigger for your requirement.

in addition to @hardikv answer
if you are using OOB entity form/web form, you don't even need to go through that approach
just have your Power Automate flow to be triggered once your records are being updated, you can define triggers based on CDS records value changed
if you need your flow to run synchronously, you can't really use Power Automate, you will need to go for traditional Workflows from D365: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/workflow-processes
