Power Apps Graph API Request

Hi, i'm using a powerapps to do the inventory count across all the branches of my company.

I'm using a developer environment and also almost all my users are using P2 trail license, about 300users have access to my app but when a lot of users were using it at the same time they all start getting this error:

I'm trying to get rid of this error but my question is

There´s an Excel Online in Sharepoint connected using the Sharepoint Online connector where all the users write new records every time they count, as they are creating new records i don´t think this is the problem.

Could this contribute to the error or is it all due to excessive requests??

you're saying that the app is deployed into a "Developer Environment" and shared to other users assigned trial licenses.

I'm not sure if this is causing the issue but as stated by Microsoft Developer environments are meant to be used only by one user for dev and testing purposes and only users with a developer subscription

I would recommend you to deploy the app into a PROD environment and grant access to users to that specific instance. be aware that the trial period ends after 30 days, means your users needs to be upgraded to a paid subscription in order to use premium features.

    hope that helps

Does changing the app to a PROD environment will increase the limit of requests i can do to a certain connector?

The api request limit is tied to the license you are using in your tenant. With paid subscriptions you will increase the limits.
