Travel Request for Multiple Travellers in Power Apps

I am learning to create a travel request app for multiple travellers. Due to the nature of the work, sometimes we do have 2-3 staff travelling to the same location at the same time but they might also be travelling back at different time/date.

In the form, they also need to fill in their ID Nos, mobile nos, passport nos, etc.

How do I create a form which requires individual requirements based on the above scenarios?

Can anyone assist?

Already watched the video and unfortunately I did not have a Power BI Premium licence. I am also unable to download those files due to a security issue set by the company. Hopefully, there are other workaround solutions that I can try.
