How do I enforce DLP polices on flows and apps that were created prior to adding the policy?

I applied a new DLP policy to an environment and the flows that were created prior to applying the DLP policy are still allowed to execute when the flows contain connectors from both business and non-business groups.  This can't be right, can it?  I verified that no new app or flow follow the policy.  Is there a way to force all apps and flows in an evironment to be dissabled and then reenabled?  I'm hoping someone will tell me that there's a better way.

    Hi @ninocapo ,

Do you want to know how to disable apps and flows?

You can remove the related licenses of them.

    More information:

    Hope this would be helpful.

    Best Regards.

@v-yuxima-msft  Thank you for the recommendation, but unfortunately that is not a reasonble option for us.  We have have over 81K licesned users.  I an very disapointed that my DLP policy doesn't apply to PowerApps and Flows that were created before the policy.  I consider that bug.  What is the process for submitting bug reports to the Power Platform team?  If it is not bug, then how do I submit a feature request?
