When I look in the Power Platform Admin Center, Billing Tab, Licenses, I can download a list for users who are assigned a "Power Apps per app" License (For 1 particular App). Been keeping track of this for a week now, and as I started (04/04/2024) the list went from 03/03/2024 to 25/03/2024. Now, 11/04/2024, the list is going from 12/03/2024 to 25/03/2024. But I know that between 25/03/2024 and today several users have been using the app. As the list is updated every night at 12:30 AM, why can't I see anything after 25/03/2024? I want to know how many "Power Apps per app" licenses are currently in use, but it looks like I only see how many where in use at 25/03/2024.
- Anyone knows how I can see or generate a complete list? Or am I doing something wrong?
- Is there another way to get a list of all "Power Apps per User" license currently in use?
Help would be appreciated.

Hopefully, this helps you.
Upon discussing the matter with the PG Team, we currently do not have a Licensing Consumption report. it appears that enforcing a Licensing Consumption report is not currently within the available options. For the time being, we don’t have a mechanism for a strict 1:1 license allocation, this essentially means that there won't be any disruptions to the business flow.
