PowerApps File System Connectors - Writing Data to folder locations via On Premise Gateway

Good mornign all, i have been having this recuring issue when publishing apps that use File System Connectors.

In my app i have multiple File System Connectors which are all named appropriately and utlise different network Paths which are accessed via the On Premise Gateway to our local network.  The owner of the app (for the purpose of this conversation) is Admin.

PowerAutomate Flow Examples:
PowerAutomate "Flow1" is connected to File System Connection 1 (Named "Folder1Connection") which writes to location > C:\Windows\DeskTop\Folder1

PowerAutomate "Flow2" is connected to File System Connection 2 (Named "Folder2Connection") which writes to location > C:\Windows\DeskTop\Folder2

When i publish the app and use the app as the Admin User (owner of the app) each time i submit data via the relavent File System Connector everythings works normally. The files are written to their respective paths. All Good.

When i share the app with a user (for the purpose of this conversation) User1 and i run the app i receive a pop up dialogue on launch asking me to "Allow" the File System Connections. The problem is the File System Connectors are not named as i named them. They are named generically and just called "File System".

Does anyone know why this is?

The problem then arises when i press "Allow", the File System Connections ask me to validate the path and credentials by retyping the path and credentials! This creates an issue as i dont know if i am truly validating the correct File System Connections because they are not named correctly. The issue i am finding is that when User1 is using the app when i submit data the connections are getting confised and even though i have submitted data on Folder1Connection it tries to write to Folder2Connection location despite this not being how i set them up!

Now if i log into PowerApps as the User1 and go to the details section of the app and then view my connections in some instances i only see 1or no File System Connections, does anyone know why would this be?

Am i sharing the app correctly?
Do i have to share File System Connections?

I appreciate that this is a complex query and i do hope i have given you some insight to the issue but i am really and struggling to work out why this is ocuring and i would appreciate any help and input the community has.

Thank you

    Honestly my brain at times!

I KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS 🙂

Modified setting - Pointing to the actual FLOW it should use. Setting this enable the connections to work properly when shared with other users.

Default Setting - This setting seems to just pick up any connection path it see fit!

Ensure this is correctly selected as by default it is set wrong and hey presto all is good!
