Flow run table no data

Hi team,

In one of my Dev environments, I noticed that the Flow Run table doesn't contain any data.

Details:

  •

Audit Log is already enabled for the environment.

  •

All flows are either inside a solution and in the default solution as well.

  •

The flows are running successfully—confirmed via Power Automate UI.

  •

However, no data is showing in the flow run table  (Dataverse / Flow Runs table).

  •

In another Dev environment with the same configuration, flow run table has data is visible.

  • In PP admin center, target enviroment > Feature > Cloud flow run history in Dataverse > "Envled - 28days retention (default)"

What could be causing this discrepancy? Is there any setting, permission, or delay I should check?

Thanks in advance!

Worth checking you've got this feature switched on in the environment settings. Here's how to do so -

    1. Navigate to admin.powerplatform.com.
    2. Select the Environment you want to change.
    3. Click Settings at the top
    4. On the Settings page, click Product and then Features.
    5. Under ‘Cloud flow run history in Dataverse‘, select the dropdown under 'FlowRun entity time to live' and set to to 'Enabled - 28 days retention', and click Save at the bottom of the screen.

    • Go to admin.powerplatform.com

    • Select the environment you want to configure.

    • At the top of the page, click Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, navigate to Product → Features.

    • Under Cloud flow run history in Dataverse, locate the FlowRun entity time to live dropdown.

    • Set it to Enabled – 28 days retention.

    Hey, thanks for the reply.

I set it to 'Enabled - 28 days retention (default)', but it's still not working — the flow run table is still empty.
