Edit source in Dataflows when promoted from Dev environment

Hi we have separate Sharepoint data sources for Dev, Test and Prod.

What process should I follow when moving a Solution that contains a Dataflow so that in the target environment I can edit the data Source in the Power Query to point to the correct Sharepoint data.

Thanks for any help.
