I had the same question as you but, after a little digging I was able to figure it out. One might think that you would have the option to delete from the same areas you created from but, not in this case.  Besides, this is still in preview so expect wonky.

Go to the home page (top level) for the CoPilot Studio.

Locate the Prompts (preview) icon on the left.

You will see your plugin listed there.

Click the trash can to delete.

It will remove the AI Plugin you created.

I build very simple promp plugin value1*Value2, then is create plugin action and try to use it in topic I got the error as below. Is this plugin working or I am not doing it properly? I just created it why it was deleted. I still can see it

Here is the error when I run it under the topic.

The connection reference with name aiplugin.name=msdynaib_test,operationid=msdynaib_test was not found. Error code: AIPluginOperationNotFound

It would be good to know if some body else a succesfully use it. I tested it with the MSN weather plugin and work with no problem.

Does anyone know how to do this today… they seem to have changed this and I can’t delete the plugin so I can’t publish

@Wmscott the solution suggested by @Ohron is working for me now. Go to Prompt and hover over the plugin you want to delete, you will see the 3 dots and there will be deleted option. Previously when I delete it doesn't delete. This morning it works for me.

Looks like you are not in the correct location.  Click "Copilots" then proceed with the instructions I posted in my original post.

I don't have any plugins listed. Where else can they exist to delete?

Ok so I could never get the plugin to remove from the steps above since it didn't show up there. I had to first go into the power apps solution where the chatbot is published from and then under chatbot subcomponents I could select the plugin and remove it and delete it. Only then could I publish.
