Powerapps CLI wont auth

Hello,

So not too long ago I was able to authenticate with Powerapps CLI but seemingly I can no longer do it.

when using the command:

pac auth create --name 'MOB-Dev' -u "https://*********.crm*.dynamics.com/"

I'm getting this error message:

Authentication successfully created.
Validating connection...
Connected to...Sorry, the app encountered a non recoverable error and will need to terminate. The exception details have been captured and will be forwarded to the development team, if telemetry has 
been enabled. Exception Id: 2fc7e1b7-db09-428b-86aa-03a2a81d331b, Exception Type: System.TypeLoadException

I've tried:

- uninstalling + reinstalling, deleting the actual Powerapps CLI folder

- uninstall + restart + reinstall

Strangely enough the issue only occurs when I try to authenticate for Dataverse, I can authenticate via the admin type without issues.

We found that downgrading to PAC 1.9.9 fixed the issue. Appears there is a regression in the code on Microsoft's end.
