Can't move Datacards to blank space in form

Hello all,

I'm trying to move two data cards to the area squared out in the screenshot of my form but I'm not able to. These were placed there before but while resizing something the cards moved and I can't place them back. I get a circle with a line crossed through icon on my mouse when I try to place them back. Can someone please help?

@melf123 - try reducing the Width of the Defect/Enhancement DataCard to shift it into section you have circled. In addition, you can "drag" a DataCard into a section subject to the section having the available space:
