Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is invalid

i am trying to follow these tutorials because i am just starting with power apps.

so when following something like this

i have this simple sharepoint

create the form but when i want to hit the submit button i get the "Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is invalid" error

i don't see what i am doing wrong,

please help

sorry it is set to dutch and can't get it to english.

the errors are: missing a access label

it show this when you click the help button.. so no extra info there.. just a repeat of the error

Please try to run monitor mode.

After opening this page, click the button again and the monitor page will catch all the operations and errors.

Will it provide any useful error message?

if i click the first error bad request and i look at the request and copy paste that url i see this.. i think that is the problem but no idea how to solve it

or is it that the url has % items instead of the real items

copy pasting is ofcourse not the problem, because the headers are in the rest of the request.. and the % do open a webiste... so it isn;t the problem.. i am so puzzled

found the setting to get it to english.. but the formula is correct..
