Hi,

I have a question regarding setting global variables using URL parameters. I am currently building an MVP for a client and in order to make this work according to the requirements, I want to set at least one global variable when initiating the bot.

I have checked the documentation and followed the steps (global variable, check the option to allow setting it externally, add the url parameter). However, it does not seem to work on my end.

One thing that has caught my attention is that opposed to the topics I have seen on this matter, all the published bot urls seems to differ from mine. My published bot url is being structured as follows:

https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/environments/<environment ID>/bots/<botid>/webchat?__version__=2&<var>=<value>

I am using the preview bots (with unified canvas etc) and the PVA license is trial based.
