Clean up in AsyncOperationBase (systemjobs)

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me with some transparency regarding my capacity on "asyncoperationBase," which I can see is my table called "systemjobs."

I have set up a scheduled bulk deletion job that deletes system logs older than 7 days, as I noticed that this table was taking up a lot of capacity in my database.

A significant amount of data has now been deleted from this table, with around 2,000,000 rows removed, and there are now 300 rows left. However, the size of ASyncOperationBase has only been halved compared to how much it occupies in both the database and file usage. What still needs to be deleted to free up space?

I hope someone can help, thank you in advance!

    Hello!

How is you query to delete data? Maybe you don't deleted the all system jobs available. Another point is that the information about the space can took at least 12 hours to reflect the correct amount on the administration page.

Another thing that you can you is to automatically delete the success operations. On your workflow you can check the options.

Set Workflow Job Retention to automatically delete completed workflow jobs.
