Trigger on Phrase vs User says a Phrase

Hello,

In all of the videos/demos/modules, the instructor is building the triggers using a phrase.  She is able to edit and add phrases for the trigger. 

 

 

 In my environment, I can only trigger by User says a phrase and I cannot add any phrases.  What am I doing wrong here?

    hello :)
    if you want to have the same screen you need to disable this toggle to have the "phrases" inside topics.
     
     
    I would recommand to try only for test purpose or if you want to reproduce what the instructor does.
    At the moment using orchestration "enabled" and describe with a prompt give you the ability to have more option to control what happen inside the agent.

    Tey hoovering your mouses over the trigger node and an option should appear to change the trigger.
