Hello,
After a couple months of constant uptime our PostgreSQL connector stopped working for us a few hours ago and is not letting users access our app.
Credentials are still working locally - no DB user changes were made, and our network path is still up.
I am getting the error below, or similar, in the Power Apps studio and when I try to edit the connection. Even though the status still says "Connected"
Credentials are missing or not valid.
inner exception: The credentials provided for the PostgreSQL source are invalid.
Users are getting a pop up saying they need to '...fix any connections, and confirm permission to access data".
How do I move forward?
EDIT: We also saw this following error the day earlier but it seemed we could continue without taking action, I've removed what seems to be our connection UUID:
ERROR: Error when trying to retrieve data from the network: Error from token exchange: The connection (canada-001/postgresql/<UUID?>) is not found. Please create new connection and change your application to use the new connection.
