Power App Customized form broke

My customized form using Power Apps seems to have broken since yesterday (8/11). The button for a new item used to say "New" when customized. Now it says "Add new item." When I try to add a new item, it now pops up in the middle of the screen instead of coming out from the right hand side. I have OnStart check if it's a new form and reset the form, but it's retaining old data. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Hi,

Can you please share some photos as well as the app.

Also, have you published since 8/11? and then it broke? Or did no one republish it (for sure) and it just broke?

If you open it up on Power Apps Studio, does it do that or only when you run the published version?

I figured it out. I had to change the default display mode to New rather than edit. It seemed to do the trick.
