Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I'm a trainer trying to put together training processes on PDFs in Sharepoint. I want to customize tooltips on the PDFs with variable tooltips such as images, text, links, color blocks etc. I'm not a programmer but I was told to look at using PowerApps to create these custom tooltips. If someone could help me get started with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Cheers!
