Blob Error when trying to open an attachment in a form

Good evening, any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I followed this video from Reza about how to upload multiple files from a Canvas App into Dataverse:

Every step worked, but when I run the app, and try to open the file in my additional attachments field, I get the following error message:

<Error>
<Code>BlobNotFound</Code>
<Message>The specified blob does not exist. RequestId:0d70becf-701e-0041-685b-614014000000 Time:2025-01-07T23:24:56.5439994Z</Message>
</Error>

Any ideas how to fix this, or any resources I can be referred to with troubleshooting steps? I've been trying to fix this for a couple weeks now and am hitting my head against a wall. I've attached images of my modified code and what's weird is the attachments pull up in a Model Driven app... so I know it has to do something with this field in the form.

    Realizing it might have to do with the fact the Name and Value options in the Advanced settings of the Attachment control aren't showing. I found this post and this is similar to my issue, however the option they disabled to get it to work is not available in my settings. Still at a loss, oye.
