Periodic Power Apps Grid Error

We are using the Power Apps Grid as a subgrid in our model driven apps. These are tied to simple child tables of data.

Periodically, we keep getting the error below which breaks the Power Apps Grid and requires refreshing and retrying. For some users this is happening frequently and for others not often.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I have a support ticket open, but getting a bug that is hard to reproduce through support escalation is almost impossible these days. So I am hoping someone from the product team sees this and will take a look.

The TypeError you're encountering typically happens when the grid tries to access rows that aren't ready or loaded yet. Set the visibility of the subgrid to be conditional based on whether the data has been loaded successfully. Try increasing the number of initial rows that are fetched and rendered by the grid. This will reduce the chances of the getFirstVirtualRenderedRow property trying to access an undefined row.

I'm experiencing the same error, it happens intermittently too, I have a couple or real time workflows creating records that should appear in a subgrid or 2 and the grids have that exact same behaviour. Capturng any tracing, or network is difficult because we are not able to reproduce consistently.

Just to add context, we have multiple grids and as the post happens randmoly to different users and different frequency, it seems more on grid-refresh related behaviours.

A user was getting in more consistently but when we screenshare it stopped, while when solo it started to re-appear. My machine is a lot more performant than the customer and I don't have any issues (i saw the error maybe 2 times in a month).

No apparent error in the Network tab, especially on the data retrieve side, all the queries returned results adn in the console just the error that happened:

@SaiRT14 This makes so much sense, thank you. How do we set the visibility of the subgrid to be conditional based on whether the data has been loaded successfully? I have dug around and can't figure out how to accomplish this. Is this somehow done with a business rule?
