Recently there was an outage of Power apps (Canvas Apps/ Model driven Apps), Power Automate due to geo migration by MS of the servers. Post that have had issues with the environments eventually everything was resolved except Canvas App.
There is a Canvas App that connects to SharePoint to upload data it has the app communicating to Share Point Via Cloud flow.
1. This works in DEV Environment
2. In QA/UAT the canvas app is Inaccessible by other users except the owner
After request is sent or the App is shared via back end it is now asking for requesting license even though the user has the license that has access to these components (works in DEV for all users, doesn't work for the same users in QA/UAT with managed solutions)
