Teams Agent Icon too small? why not same size as people in chat?

Anybody else think the Agent Icon is too small in teams. They insist it stay under 30kb, but then pad it with a lot of background color. Next to other chats size does not look right. Can we submit a fix for this?

Hello,

have you tried to experiment with the image size? It scales the image based on its size, so if the size will be bigger, then it should be bigger.

Can you try uploading a new image with the support format and size.

After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere. This may resolve any issues with pathing or cached values. Sometimes, browsers cache images and elements, so any changes made to the icon may not reflect immediately. Try clearing the browser cache or checking in incognito mode.

I believe the issue above is caused by publishing a copilot studio agent from copilot studio to the web and teams' channels puts padding around the uploaded icon irrespective of the icon's size.

Contrast this to a different icon edit ui for copilot agent within copilot m365 ui:

I believe publishing to channel from copilot studio is causing the icon to shrink unneccessarily in this case by applying padding around all sides of the icon.
