Good morning everyone,

Today I have been having some issues with my Flow for a Badge Application. I have five switch cases that specify the badge type and from there it runs the flow based on what the user selected. I am currently having an issue with one of my switch cases Approvals. The issue is whenever a user selects a New Badge type they have to take a picture of themselves providing their information in the form. Once they submit, HR gets an email with the attachment of the photo and the info from the form for approval. Once HR approves the Approval gets stuck for about 1-2 hours. The other switch cases only take up to 5 minutes to complete with the Approval and distribution of emails.

Hi @Ajilakes ,

Do you mean that after adding attachments to the Approval action, the Approval action is always in the pending status and cannot continue to perform the following actions?

If yes, this issue has been confirmed before and we have reported this issue.

This issue is expected to be resolved this week, and my latest test showed that the issue has been resolved. Maybe the fix has not been deployed in your region yet.

Hi@v-bacao-msft ,

I'm facing the same issue and try to find any solution for this issue. we have two flows to use approval with attachment. When the attachment size is about 50kb, the flow will not be stuck. But if the approval mail contains attachments over 4MB , it will be stuck.

is there any update on the fix? We are just waiting for the solution to proceed our flow designation.
