I have several clients with sandbox environments which are pushing their tenant over capacity due to file storage. Specifically, the async operation table is consuming the majority of the space. We have set up bulk delete jobs for completed system jobs but they do not run in sandboxes; their status is always "Waiting". I've verified that the sandboxes are not in administration mode. Why won't the bulk delete jobs run in sandbox environments?
@mhdavignon Have you checked if there's a queue of asynchronous jobs waiting to be processed?
Also check that you correctly set the start date and/or next recurrent date/time to be in the future.
