Agent not analyzing all files in Sharepoint folder

I have an agent created that is suppose to be going into my knowledge base which consists of 3 Sharepoint folders and within these folders are sub-folders and within those folders are SEVERAL .CSV files. But it seems when I ask the agent to analyze the files it only seems to go into one subfolder and analyzes only 1 CSV file.
Is there a way to prompt it to analyze all the files?

So to back up, please share
    1) your knowledge source configurations
    2) the topic and instructions etc that you are using
    3) please show the Activities screen so we can see what it is doing.

    Thanks

I am adding a sharepoint folder to my knowledge base, within this sharepoint folder are 24 sub folders and within these folders are several CSV files on average 12. It seems the agent is unable to read each of these CSV files. It doesn't seem to work in the similar fashion as Power Bi.

    hello,

I understand how it could be frustrating when the RAG is not using what you want.

When you want to use what is call unstructured data like CSV or excel file i will recommand to use the dedicated connector, but it's tricky because it's not publicly call like it, it s this one :

it have some limitation, like the number of file (1000) or number of sub folder. but i have very good result with excel file :)

    Hope this help :)

So you have 24 subfolders, is the hierarchy just that, sub folders? meaning there are no sub / sub folders?

Also, do you have sensitive labels etc?

how big is each file? and how many rows on average per file?

There are reasons for it not to index the data and therefore not work. Also at the enterprise level do you have Deep Reasoning Support in your Tenant? The single license needed?

And can you verify the permissions of the entire structure just to make sure the agent (whomever it runs as) can actually get to them.

I found the answer that CSV is not supported. I converted the CSV to .xslx and I was able to see them from the connector.

    • Word: .doc, .docx
    • PowerPoint: .ppt, .pptx
    • PDF: .pdf
    • Excel: .xls, .xslx

The maximum file size is 512 MB.
