Hi All,

One of my client is facing an issue while accessing application for which dataverse serves as backend ,The request was not sent or there was no response from the server ,check your internet connection,

All the security role is defined and role has access to the tables ,however user is not in organisation network or othe rnetwork he is working from client site and using client network im suspecting that ccould be the reason .can any one of you put some light on the issue if you have faced

only this user is facing this issue not others .

Hi @Anonymous ,

Have this user clear their cache to make sure it is not something like this that is causing the problem. Hopefully it is something simple like this.

Other things to try:

Connect with different network (i.e. hotspot on a phone) to verify it is not a firewall issue etc. from customer's network.

Try a different machine with same user credentials

Try same machine with different credentials

Hi I am still facing the same issue. Is there any workaround for this or will it get fixed at a later stage
I tried all the options of clearing the cache, but the signal is still not connecting from Sharepoint list to powerapps.
