Please tell me if there are any recommendations for the structure and content of the files that we upload as a data source for Copilot?

I mean how well Copilot recognizes such types of data from files as: tables, pictures, lists, diagrams, etc.

    Hi  ,

If you are using files like Word or PDF, Use clear, descriptive headings to structure the document. Use standard bullet points or numbered lists to present items. If using tables, just make sure you use standard table formatting rather than embedded tables within text blocks or image-based tables, which Copilot might not read well.

If you are using Excel, Ensure tables have clear headers for each column and consistent row formatting. Avoid merged cells, as these can disrupt the parsing. Avoid overly complex data in single cells.

    Thanks.
