rights problem with Sharepoint and Power Apps

I created a holiday management application on powerapps which interfaces with a list in sharepoint.

What i can't manage is the access to the resources.
The average user must be able to add rows to the list and consult it to see the history of his requests through the application, the application already can do this, but he must not be able to access the sharepoint in any other way otherwise he would also have access to the requests made by others as well as being able to modify them

The only real way to do this is by setting item level permissions on each row as it is added to the list.  To that you will need to call a Power Automate flow and use that to make HTTP REST calls to break inheritance and set individual permissions on the item. Users will still be able to see the list in SharePoint, but will only see the items they have permisssion for.  This Video will show you how to do it.
