Hi @WilliamChanBHK  ah that's unfortunate. Did you make sure to wait a bit before adding the bot to the team?
I know PVA in Teams can be a bit slow, so I always create the bot > add a topic > publish > wait about 10 min > Add to teams/share.

If waiting still doesn't solve your problem, then unfortunately I am unable to help.

I had the same issue and I read somewhere this occurs when you share/add the bot to a Team, before publishing it. You have to publish the bot before you share it or add it to a Team. I've made sure I do this everytime I create a new bot now.

The 'quick' and dirty work around is to delete the bot and recreate one which is what we did.

You could try exporting the bot in Power Automate > Select the correct environment (top right) > Solutions > Common Data Services > Select your bot > Export.

Then delete it, and try importing it again. I haven't tried this method, but I did think about doing this. What stopped me from doing this is that, the import takes some time for the UI to update and I couldn't wait a day just to see if it imported properly so I just created a new bot and manually re-created the topics.

I am also using PA with Teams. If you have the full licence I think there are a few things you can do to fix this without having to delete the bot but that was not an option for me.

If you login the web teams, the display name show well,  please try to remove data from the following folders (on Windows PC, maybe, you need to turn off the Teams):

    Application Cache – %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Application Cache

    Blob_Storage  â€“ %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Blob_Storage (If there)

    Cache – %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Cache

    databases – %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\databases

IndexedDb – %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\IndexedDB [Note: This data is completely cleared on logoff]

    GPUCache  â€“ %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\GPUCache

    LocalStorage  â€“ %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\LocalStorage

    Tmp – %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\tmp

Maybe some of the folders don't exist, that's fine.
