Hi Power Platform Guru's,

New to Power Automate. I want to create a flow that triggers when an item is added or modfied from a SharePoint list, it updates a sharepoint excel file by either adding a new row or updating an exsisting row. I have build the flow from scatch and using the AI CoPilot tool

however; I keep getting this error message "ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded." and I cant seem to understand what I am missing. Attached sceenshots which I hope helps lead to a resolution.

Thank you for helping me out. I did make the change and now I see my flow is updating getting but its stuck in a loop adding the rows over and over again.

data and i noticed that the flow keeps adding 1-71 over and over again. I have posted images of the updated condition, output and parameters on the True side.

    Hi,

So the root cause here is in the condition action.  Please change from 'does not contain' to equals.  So think of it this way:

If ID = ID, you want to update the row (the True side).  If ID <=> ID, you want to add a row (the False side).

So the error is here.  in the current format since ID does not contain ID, it is trying up update a row that doesn't exist.  record 1 of 70.

In summary, change your condition to ID = ID and you should be good to go.  If you encounter another error, it may be in the update a row and/or add a row action (I don't know what those look like in your post).
