I'm editing this post because I found the right documentation about user permissions to apps' sources.

The issue that I was having had to do with data being displayed in the canvas maker interfase while logged in with a Sharepoint site owner account, but when the user opened the app, no data displayed, as shown in the screenshot below.

I simply shared the List with the user and it started working after a few minutes:

Hi @mobilismexico ,

If you add a user as a member of SharePoint Site(and assign a appropriate SP group), and he can not access the specific list , please check if the list's permission inheritance is broken.
