Email SP list weekly to certain user xls

Hi ,

I have SP list that I would like to email as a xls to a colleague weekly (Friday) then clear the SP list at a specified time  start fresh on Monday.

how can I do this please , it’s quite urgent 

thank you

    You might post this on the Power Automate Community and let the experts on there have a go at it. Note however this will not be a simple process and you will need some Flow skills to implement it.
