My Co-pilot agent is not using knowledge documents that I have uploaded

I have created a co-pilot agent with few .md files as knowledge. Everything was working fine till yesterday but today had to make a few changes and I re-uploaded the mark down files. First the portal was not working and after a few hours when it finally worked, it stopped reviewing knowledge to answer any questions and is using it's own general knowledge to answer questions. I used the same mark down files yesterday and everything worked perfectly, I just added few lines to it.

Is anyone else facing this issue too?

I would have to understand the changes you made, but the files themselves if they are left in the same spot should auto update (ok it depends but should).

Can you turn off the use of generalized knowledge. See if that forces it to work again. I tend to find that if I use that and I update documents it tends to, for whatever reason, ignore my documents as much unless I put in specific instructions, so I do.

Can I ask, what type of knowledge is in the markdown?

Thanks for taking the time to reply to this. The issue went away on it's on the next day.

I did try to turn off use of generalized knowledge, but it just had nothing to say then an asked for a source.
